American Express Supermarket List for Blue Cash or Membership Rewards

This week I found out two assumptions made about Costco purchase rebates are incorrect.

• With TrueEarnings Costco AMEX card, Costco Executive Membership would earn me 3%, not 5% cash rebate, based on 1% cash back on Costco spend and the 2% additional cash rebate from Executive Membership.
• In general, Costo purchases do not qualify for extra bonus earned for US Supermarket purchases.

Safeway and Trader Joe's are qualified as US Supermarkets.  Amazon and Target do not.
