Unlocked AT&T, T-mobile Nokia Samsung Phones under $100

My old Dad's phone is a basic Nokia non-smartphone.  He wants to have a camera phone.  Thanksgiving and Black Friday are the best time to fulfill this need.  His phone criteria are:

1. anti-shock phone
2. large display screen
3. big buttons, easy to see and press
4. camera for car accident use
5. device manufactured from a reliable brand

Other criteria:

1. non-smart phone (no need to use data plan)
2. unlocked basic phone with no contract
3. GSM-compatible (AT&T, T-mobile compatible)
4. Purchase basic phone from a reliable store (Walmart, AT&T), in case I need to return phone in-person.

After reading many Amazon user reviews and ratings, the following three basic unlocked cell phone are my recommendations:

Samsung E2350 Unlocked GSM Quad-Band Cell Phone with 1.3 MP Camera $59.99 (Amazon), $69.99 (Walmart.com)

Samsung GT-C3520 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone with 1.3 MP Camera $75 (Amazon), $69 (Walmart.com)

Nokia C2-01.5 Unlocked GSM Cell Phone with 3.2 MP Camera $84.68 (Amazon), not available at Walmart.com

Nokia C2-01.5 offering is attractive. I prefer Walmart over Amazon if prices are the same.  Samsung GT-C3520 has very good ratings.  The pink model is particularly cheaper at Walmart.com.  (Current promotion is that Chase Freedom offers 5% cash back on Amazon purchases, whereas Upromise MasterCard offers 10% on Upromise.com with Walmart.com purchases. Topcashback.com offers 5% cash-rebate from Walmart.com)

Another important factor is ... my Mom will help Dad to take photos with the camera, so the pink color choice wins. (I ordered one from Walmart.com today, with tax and free shipping, via Topcashback.com)
