Worldwide Partners are not Star Alliance member airlines. Overall I am interested in Singapore Airlines, Eva Air, Hawaiian airlines, Air New Zealand and SWISS.

1. Identify the Star Alliance Airline partner you will travel using your United Miles.

2. Calculate United miles needed by using the interactive website tool

In general, 65K United miles is required for round-trip Saver Award trip

How to claim miles not rewarded by UA partners into UA account
I filled in the MileagePlus Contract form online.   It took about 10 days to communicate with UA customer support back and forth to re-claim the lost United Airline miles from my last Eva Air trip two months ago.

I did not have the boarding pass or e-ticket with me, but I contacted my agent to provide the E-ticket number.  The following information is needed.

1. E-ticket number or boarding pass
2. Date of travel, seat number, ticket class number
3. UA partner name. (in my case, Eva Air)
4. Snapshot of my Eva account to prove that Eva has not credited Eva miles to my Eva account.
