The promotion of August 2012 finally has arrived. I have received an email notification about the United MileagePlus 65K bonus miles promotion. It does not look like it is targeted promotion, because the URL from "Learn More" leads to

There is no special code in the URL. I have +1000 miles in my United MileagePlus membership account. The +1000 may be a requirement.
