Recently, a friend plans to relocate her family back to Taiwan for family and medical reasons. In the process, she plans to sell her US houses and purchase a residence unit in Taiwan. But she does not have Taiwan credit history. She is our second friend we have recommended using HSBC overseas credit qualification to purchase overseas properties. (We do not work at HSBC).
