Check your American Express card online account and click on "Offers for you" tab at the bottom.

The offer is credit card targeted.  For example, it is not available for Costco American Express card, but at least available for

• Hilton HHonors American Express card
• American Express Blue Cash Card.

There is an offer about $25 credit on $75 purchase at Staples.  It says "Gift cards are eligible", not e-gift cards.  The offer is valid one offer per American Express account, not per American Express credit card under the same account.  I went to Staples to purchase $75 Home Depot gift card for my gardener.  Later, I received an email confirmation about offer redemption.

Note that these digital coupons do not seem to be available to a new American Express credit card right away.  I just received my new American Express Premier Gold Card.  In my American Express online account, no digital coupons have shown up yet.  It may require some minimum number of months before these digital coupons are made available to the credit card.  Therefore, do not apply a credit card because you want to receive certain digital coupon immediately.
