It has been an opportunity once every 50 years, to volunteer for the Plant Master Plan for San Jose and Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant. (photo, courtesy City of San Jose.) Every residents living in Santa Clara and San Jose county is a client of this facility. As a result, a strong desire of the volunteers is to integrate community involvement, affordable green-technology solutions, and sound business decisions in this project.
